Our vision is to educate patients on chiropractic care as their first choice for health and wellness. We will help patients achieve this by eliminating disease and injury shifting them to preventive and wellness care.
Physical Therapy

Physical therapy will help you strengthen the muscles associated with your injury as well as the surrounding muscles.
Physical therapy provides a variety of benefits, including reduced pain, improved function, increased range of motion, proper alignment, and more. Of course, the primary goal of physical therapy is restored function and a return to activity—but these things are often a byproduct of the larger rehabilitation process, during which many patients learn a whole new way of moving.
Our mission is to provide rehabilitation services in a professional & caring manner and return our patients to their prior lifestyle and/or to their jobs as soon as possible. When a patient understands his or her condition, they tend to be more willing to fully participate in their individual program, which ensures a successful outcome.
Our team uses proven clinical practices and communicate regularly with patients about their treatment plan. We ourselves continue to strive for excellence & continued growth by continuing our education. It is our combination of clinical expertise, genuine caring, and a strong professional and community reputation that sets our team apart and makes us the rehabilitation choice for doctors and patients alike.
Massage Therapy

Many people treat themselves to the occasional spa massage as a luxurious way to relax. But massage therapy can actually provide many other healthful benefits as well. This time-tested healing method not only loosens and relaxes body and mind but can also accelerate the healing process, relieve pain, treat or assist specific conditions and improve overall physical function. That’s why we offer medical massage therapy, we’d like to be your go-to source for medical massage therapy.
The combination of muscle relaxation and circulatory stimulation provided by massage therapy can have an extraordinarily positive impact on many different types of health challenges. The release of physical and emotional tension can ease breathing in people suffering from respiratory ailments, lower blood pressure, and help relieve headaches and migraines.
Massage’s ability to boost both blood flow and lymphatic drainage can reduce edema associated with pregnancy, injury, headaches, and migraines. Last but certainly not least, massage therapy makes a welcome complement to acupuncture and chiropractic care for the natural relief of chronic pain and illness.
Types of Massage Therapy
We offer several different styles of massage therapy alongside chiropractic, acupuncture, and other natural treatment methods. These styles include:
-
Swedish Massage – Swedish massage is the traditional light style of massage so often featured in health spas. This technique stimulates the tissues, relaxes muscles, and boosts circulation near the skin surface. It is primarily recommended for stress relief, as an aid in injury recovery, and to relieve superficial pain and inflammation.
-
Deep Tissue Massage – True to its name, this form of massage uses more aggressive strokes than Swedish massage to address tension or injuries in the deeply-embedded tissues near bones and joints. It can also help break up collections of scar tissue called adhesions that cause chronic pain and prevent a full range of motion.
-
Sports Massage – Whether you’re a committed professional athlete or a weekend warrior, sports massage can help you enjoy your favorite activity more fully, not to mention more safely. By focusing on the parts of the body most vulnerable to strains and overuse injuries in your sport, we can help you heal from a past event or prepare your body for the next one
-
Trigger Point Therapy- The alternative Trigger Point therapy provides benefits of which include a focus on detecting and releasing trigger points. Trigger points are spots located in the skeletal muscle that produce pain when compressed. In many cases, trigger points form as a result of trauma to the muscle fibers.
-
Hot Stone Therapy - Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also help to expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.
-
Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.
Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a method of relieving local congestion by applying a partial vacuum that is created in glass or plastic cups either by heat or by suction. Cupping has been used for thousands of years. Although it is often associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine, the entire world once knew this of therapy and used it. This therapeutic technique relieves pain and discomfort caused by the congestion of blood, mucus, or toxins. Cupping helps to improve local circulation and draws toxins out through the skin and out through the pores. Cupping can be effective for a wide range of ailments including joint and muscular pain, arthritis, edema, swellings, asthma, bronchitis, abdominal pain, stomachache, indigestion, headache, common cold and flu, fever, low back pain, painful menstruation, cough from excessive mucus and treats areas where bodily movement is limited and painful.
Please note treatments are only available to clients who have had an Initial Visit with a doctor.
Cold Laser Therapy

Cold laser is a therapy that uses low-level lasers to alter cellular function. Non-thermal photons of light penetrate the skin to reach the targeted area. It is absorbed and interacts with the light-sensitive elements in the cell that initiates a series of events in the cells that result in reduced inflammation, normalization of damaged or injured tissues, and increased intracellular metabolism-which reduces healing time.
Cold laser is used to relieve pain for a wide variety of ailments that include:
-
Fibromyalgia
-
Soft tissue injuries
-
Sports injuries
-
Muscle strain
-
Acute and chronic pain
-
Ligament strains
-
Burns
-
And many more
-
Frozen shoulder
-
Tennis Elbow
-
Shingles
-
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
-
Tendonitis
-
Arthritis
-
Bursitis
-
Plantar Fasciitis
The therapy is also pain-free, drug-free, and non-addictive, as opposed to most of the leading treatments, and is performed right in our office. Patients can use cold laser in conjunction with all of our other therapies and generally are recommended to do so. This therapy only lasts between 10 and 15 minutes each time, which makes it convenient, as well.
Cold laser therapy has numerous benefits, as a therapy it:
-
Is safe
-
Is non-invasive
-
Is non-toxic
-
Reduces the need for surgery
-
Is cost-effective
Not only does it offer many advantages over alternative forms of treatment, but cold laser is also a very versatile therapy. Not only does it provide increased circulation to the targeted area, promoting natural healing, but it also reduces inflammation and breaks up scar tissue. Patients find that cold laser therapy decreases healing time and the severity of injuries. It provides pain relief for over 300 issues. The greatest benefit of cold laser therapy is the opportunity to feel better, faster.
Spinal Decompression

Spinal Decompression uses state-of-the-art technology to apply a distraction force to relieve nerve compression often associated with low back pain and sciatica.
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, not to be confused with linear traction, slowly lengthens and decompresses the spine, creating negative pressures within the discs. This reversal of pressure creates an intradiscal vacuum that helps to reposition bulging discs and pull extruded disc material back into place, taking pressure off pinched nerves. Spinal experts believe that nutrients, oxygen, and fluids are drawn into the disc to create a revitalized environment conducive to healing.
Cupping Therapy

Slip and fall injuries should immediately seek treatment from qualified professionals so no further damage occurs. The treatment should include an assessment for the history of the injury, a full restorative examination including an analysis of the framework, and specialized procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Our physicians are skilled in the complete understanding of the side effects due to these types of injuries; for example, a skull fracture, minor brain damage, or extreme joint sprain.
